The examples named in this list are non-exclusive, and are provided solely for guidance to AstronomyPrints users. GENERAL CONDUCT: Users are prohibited from transmitting on or through or storing upon the AstronomyPrints site, or transmitting on or through or storing upon any of our client sites any material that is, at our sole discretion, considered unlawful, obscene, threatening, abusive, libelous, or hateful, or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, provincial, state, national or international law. Users may not impersonate other users or AstronomyPrints staff. Multiple accounts held by one user cannot be used in a deceptive or otherwise disruptive manner. AstronomyPrints reserves the right to cancel the account of or ban any user whose conduct, in the sole discretion of AstronomyPrints staff, is unduly disruptive to other users or to other functions of our site or to the sites of our other clients, as defined above or otherwise.

PRIVACY: We recognize that many visitors to AstronomyPrints are concerned about the information they provide us, and how we treat that information, so we have developed a Privacy Policy based on guidelines from the Council of Better Business Bureaus. At our site, we do not collect personal information from individuals unless they provide that information to us voluntarily and knowingly via e-mail. That means we don't require you to register or to provide information to us in order for you to view our site or to make a purchase through any of our esteemed vendors. RETURNS: Please to not send returned items to us. Contact the vendor you purchased the item(s) from and negotiate a return with them, according to their warranty / guarantee and return policies.

AstronomyPrints reserves the right to remove such illegal material from its servers.

SYSTEM AND NETWORK SECURITY: Users may not attempt to circumvent or crack user authentication or the security of AstronomyPrints or of any AstronomyPrints client account. This includes, but is not limited to, accessing data not intended for the User, logging onto a server or account the User is not expressly authorized to access, or probing the security of other services provided by AstronomyPrints. Users who violate systems or network security may incur criminal or civil liability. AstronomyPrints will cooperate fully with investigations of violations of systems or network security, including cooperating with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of suspected criminal violations.
